I really wish that I could give Premier Roofing more stars. The professional and friendly service that I received was incredible. They explained everything to me and helped me pick the best shingle for my windy neighborhood. The install was smooth and the new roof looks great. I recommend Premier Roofing without reservation.

Working with Premier Roofing was a breeze. When we requested a quote, Dan, the owner, was the only contractor out of 5 contacted to actually get up on our roof and spend a good half hour viewing the site. His estimate was very thorough and gave several options to choose from. Premier Roofing showed up when they said they would, worked tirelessly for a minimum of 8 hours a day (often more) and delivered on their promise of a quality job. Dan worked at our site every day with his crew. He answered any questions we had and pointed out any deficiencies he found. We are highly satisfied with our roof and would wholeheartedly recommend Dan, his wife and office manager, Tracy and the rest of the crew for any roofing job you might need. Excellent roofing company. They were recommended to us and we are so happy we went with them. They uncovered serious issues with our roof and were very knowledgeable about different options to fix it. The charges for the extra repairs were very reasonable. We are very pleased with Premier’s work on the removal and replacement of the roof on our home with Malarkey Windsor shingles. We had no idea what roofing company could properly handle our extremely steep and difficult roof while meeting our exacting standards. We contacted 10 roofing companies and requested bids. We researched the manufacturer’s installation instructions and had extensive telephone conversations with the technical representatives at Malarkey. Throughout the installation, we scrutinized every detail of Premier’s installation. We chose Premier because: a) the company owner is the lead hands-on worker at the job site with complete control over a small and efficient crew that gets paid by the hour instead of by the square. b) The owners (Dan and Tracy Jones) have decades of practical experience running their own company in Anchorage c) Dan was not intimidated by hundreds of technical questions that were asked both during the bidding process and also while the work was underway. Dan and his workers were always polite. Dan gave answers to questions based on his practical experience and would strive to meet our expectations. d) Premier has an outstanding work ethic and they obviously take pride in what they do. e) Premier was prepared to handle unexpected weather conditions and protect our property f) They kept their schedule as promised and remained focused on exceeding homeowner expectations through to job completion. Companies like Premier are very hard to find these days and we highly recommend them.

The estimate came in below what several other companies quoted me. It was just a small repair job and Premier Roofing was very reasonable in their estimate. The work was done when they said it would be. I am very pleased with their ability to see outside the box. Thank you.
