My mother had a roof leak and I called Jim Tucker and asked him to take a look at it. He was in the area so he told me he would check it out that afternoon. At about 5:00 pm, he called me back and told me it was a small problem so he fixed it on-site. I asked him how much it would cost and he said \"no charge.\" WOW! If you are looking for an absolute professional who does the right thing even if he doesn\'t make a dime, call Jim Tucker! I am not saying that he can do that kind of thing on every job, but isn\'t refreshing to have someone like this you can trust to look at your roof when it needs to be repaired or replaced? He works mostly by referral and you can tell. It\'s not about how much he can make, it\'s about how many people he can help. I love that about Jim!

We had a few estimates for our roof to be redone and Jim Tucker Roofing was by far the best one we had . Mr. Tucker came by personally. All the paperwork and fees were seamless and on a secured site. This company has a very hard working crew and we were pleased with the workmanship on the roof and vigilant cleanup after each day. This family owned company exuded compassion and trust. I am extremely pleased with the service I received. Jim gave me different options, kept me updated on scheduling, and his crew was very pleasant. I appreciated Jim\'s honesty with the repair, told me to check the water sprinkler also for the ceiling leak. Not many roofing companies would have said that!

Highly Recommended!Our neighbors were having some roofing work done by Jim Tucker Roofing and I asked the foreman to come over to our house and give us an estimate as we had a few loose tiles that were too high for us to reach. The owner came by within a couple of hours, looked at our roof and said he would send a guy over to fix them at the end of their day.I asked about the fee and he said \"no charge!\"The man showed up, was very courteous and fixed the tiles. We are very happy customers!

Set up an appointment for an estimate to fix the leaks in my roof and no called no showed, super unprofessional and annoying to say the least. Don\'t waste your time here, should have known when it took 2 messages to return a call.
