I called this company twice and left a message for them to call me back. the second message that I left was kind of a pleading one asking them to PLEASE return my xall. Finally, after about 3 days they called me back. They said they would comme this past Tuesday to do an estimate and never showd up apparently. It rained that morning, and they never called to reschedule. How do companies that don\'t return calls and don\'t do what they say they are going to do EVER stay in business? I would NOT use them because I don\'t trust them to follow through with what they promise.

Highly recommended. Did my roof with a great winter discount. He was prompt. Always called back was on time. Answered all my quastions and did a quality job. They used a GAF lifetime materials. Easy to deal with.
