Awesome experience with Benton Integrity Roofing from installation by Jesse & crew in February/March 2017 till today April 2, 2019, when Mike came & repaired/replaced a damaged shingle \"with a smile\"! Excellent workmanship, great employees and their service remains the same 2 years after the roof was finished. A service performed with Integrity!

So unfortunately I had mixed results with Benton Roofing recently. About two months ago they put a new roof on my home. The salesman Mike was very nice and professional and the rest of their staff was the same. Our issues arose when they arrived to install the roof. About an hour into the install I noticed that they had new roofing vents in my driveway that I did not order. I inquired about this and was told they were adding these additional, incorrect style vents to my roof, which was not what I agreed to or paid for. I told the crew supervisor who had to call the salesman to verify I was correct. The salesman arrived on site awhile later and confirmed that they were supposed to cover all existing vents and not add these new ones. If I would not have caught this myself they would have installed large vents that were not supposed to be cut into my roof and would have had to correct later. Which would have been a real pain and extremely inconvenient for me and my family.

Benton was referred to me by a friend. This company has my highest praises. Jessie and his installation technicians are true workers. Very courteous. Always cleaned up at the end of the day and made sure my property looked neat. They actually showed pride in their work. At the end of the job you would not even know they were there except for your beautiful new roof. Michael the Project Manager made sure the install was going smoothly and on schedule. If I ever had any questions Michael or Jessie were always there to answer them. John your integrity is admired. You certainly live honesty and fairness. What a pleasure it was to work with you. I most certainly recommend this company to all.

After reading all the reviews online, I\'ve decided to go with this company. Mike came out to talk to us and gave us an estimate. The price is higher than all the other roofing companies in town. But I dont mind paying more for the quality of my new roof and the customer service that is worthy of my time.After a 2 months period of waiting, we finally got our roof replaced. The crew worked on it for a few days. There were some debris left on our yard that I wish they had cleaned up after leaving our lot. But oh well.. I\'m sure they were busy since it was right after the hurricane. I wanted to wait for a year before writing this review because I needed to see if there is any problems with the service and our new roof, but it\'s looking fantastic so far.I enjoyed working with Mike, he is thorough and passionate about his job, so I respect the time he put out with work with our insurance for us. I highly recommend this company if you want sturdy, high quality roofing services.

Mike Salm was great. Very personal service. He explained everything and was always available to answer all our questions through out the process. Jesse and his crew worked very hard. We think they did an excellent job installing the roof. The roof looks great and we are very happy.
