I am happy with the work they did and the cost was reasonable. The only issue was when I called a few weeks later to confirm our scheduled appointment they told me it had to be rescheduled because I did not respond to an email they sent me requesting I confirm the appointment. I was not in a hurry but they could also have called or texted me to confirm.

After receiving damage from a micro-burst on Valentines evening, I called 3 roofers to get estimates on blown skylights and missing tiles. One no-showed, one showed to do an estimate but never gave me a proposal, and after talking to Donisa at Baccus, she sent Kevin the next morning who quickly surveyed the situation and said I would receive a proposal the next morning and I did. Two days later after ordering the skylights, Ken & his crew came to my house and repaired the roof & skylights. So simple, so quick, so reasonable, so honest & so professional. Many thanks to Donisa, Keven, Ken & the whole crew at Baccus Roofing. They are outstanding!

A little over a month ago, my husband hired this company to make a repair on our roof, where two AC units sit. Mind you, a crane was needed to remove both units, to complete the repair. Baccus removed the units and also placed them back on the roof, after the repair was completed. A week and a half later, our upstairs AC unit shut off. My husband checked the breaker and it had tripped. He simply flipped the breaker back on and AC started working again. Then it happened again on July 10, 2019, around 5pm. Husband flipped the breaker and only warm air was coming out. My husband made a call to Baccus, the next day, to have them send someone out to take a look at the AC units. He was told by Donesa, the office manager, that she would contact the person who did the job to let them know. I talk to my husband at 2pm that day and he had not heard back from the company. I told him to call back and find out when someone would be out. He made another call and again, spoke to Donesa, while on speaker phone, I over heard her say, \"sir, we are busy until September and I will try to get someone out next week!\" She also stated that the repair was over a month ago and now you\'re having issues, and that she doesn\'t see where they removed the AC units. Husband states, its on the paper work that I am looking at. I took over the phone call and she immediately assumes I am yelling at her. And told me to go ahead and sue the company if I wanted. I told her I wanted to speak to the owner and she tells me that she\'s \"half owner\". I said, for a company who is customer service driven, you have ZERO compassion for people, but especially to your customers who have paid you over $4000. And when I say ZERO COMPASSION, its absolutely ZERO. She told me that she would have someone out the next day. Well not an hour later, the owner Tom calls and mentions he is retired and lives most of the time in the Philippines. And that\'s when he mentions, that the lady in the office is the office manager. Tom stated the he would have someone out as soon as possible and take a look at the roof, but also stated that the person that hooked up our AC was not a certified AC tech. Baccus sent a person over and stated that they are not responsible for the AC not working. We have had two other AC certified companies come and take a look and both say the AC was installed incorrectly. So we just got fed up with the back & forth BS and decided to replace both AC units. I want to sue this company, like Donesa advised, but my husband told me to let it go. So I am. Beware of the \"half owner-office manager\", Donesa! She is as rude as they come. And she should be ashamed of herself!!!! Sad to say that I would never recommend this company because of her. Tom the owner, somewhat compassionate. We should\'ve done more research on this before hiring. The workers also left trash (wires, cables) on top of our roof. Forgot to mention that, as well. I guess they figured, its the roof and can\'t be seen. Beware when hiring this company and do your research especially if the job entails anything other than roofing.

These guys are fantastic!! Made a schedule and they stuck to it in over 100 degree heat. I can\'t say enough good things about Cody and his crew! Patio re-roofed complete!

I got very lucky to find them on my first search after interviewing six different roofers they not only did a great job they were honest and on time and did what they said . I would recommend to anyone who needs a roofer . Don\'t bother searching they are the best .
