Everguard Roofing

As an out of state landlord I am so thankful to have stumbled across Everguard Roofing through a Google search.I was in the process of selling a home and found out the roof was in need of replacement due to recent hail damage. I originally inquired with Everguard through their website and received a reply within a day. The original contact was out of town for a long weekend, but no problem, I received his OOO and decided to pick up the phone and call them to see if I could get the ball rolling sooner than later. I spoke with Don who told me he\'d have Andy swing by the property and put a quote together the next day which was a Friday.Spoke with Andy a couple of times on Friday and received the quote as promised. After answering a few questions I felt as comfortable as I was going to about moving forward and signed the contract early that next week. Due to a break/change in their schedule I was fortunate enough to have a new roof installed before the end of that following week.I understand roofers in the area are busy right now and I had companies tell me it would be a minimum of a week and others were a month out before they could even come out to provide an estimate.Since I am out of town, I had my realtor swing by to review the job to make sure the job was completed and would meet the buyers expectations and no loose ends, etc. The realtor was blown away by the job Everguard did. The roof looked great and no mess left behind.Every interaction I had with Everguard was positive. Every individual I spoke with was great to work with. If I have other properties in the Albuquerque area that need a roof, I\'d use Everguard. Heck, if I lived in the area I think I\'d enjoy working for them. It wasn\'t just the interactions with me as a customer, but the interactions between the employees I had the opportunity to overhear and the fact that what one individual would say and how it would happen actually happened, we all know is a rare circumstance these days. Job well done Everguard Roofing and since Andy Vigil was the guy I talked to most, but also Katie, Jennifer, Don and Shawn who had his OOO on!

Over 32 plus years I have had a lot of work done on my house and this was by far the most professional. Starting with the estimate, Don came out took measurements and pictures, showed options as to materials and explained what was necessary to bring my rook up to code. When he returned with the formal estimate it was in a booklet showing the pictures with along with the costs. He took his time to explain everything. The workers were right on time, all the material delivery was well coordinated, and the roof, both pitched with a small flat area and the shed, was completed in a day and a half including clean up! The city inspector arrived right on time and I have a beautiful roof. There was still a clamp that was necessary, which I would not have even known about as I can\'t get up on the roof, and Don promptly came back and finished that. I was most impressed from beginning to end and highly recommend Everguard Roofing.

One year later and I\'m still extremely happy with both the look and quality of my roof. Don Rush and his crew were great to work with!

Just re-roofed our entire roof with Everguard Roofing and we\'re 100% satisfied with everything! Don R met with me and explained the entire process and gave us options on roofing material and colors.The crew showed up before the sun was over the sandia\'s, they even helped me move my broken down truck out of the driveway then got to work. By 3:30 that afternoon they had begun the cleanup process, including dragging the magnet for the nails on the ground several times. I\'ve hardly found any since then. The crew then helped me push the broken down truck back into the driveway after the project was completed.Our new roof is beautiful! We\'ve had rain and snow with no leaks or issues. I highly recommend Everguard Roofing.
