Maverick Construction is a local business that has now been established for 4 years. We take pride in exterior finish work such as siding, soffit, fascia, roofing and demo work. We intend to serve the greater Grand Forks community for the long haul.

Our past projects include both new construction and remodels. We specialize in residential remodels but also have experience with commercial work.

Maverick Construction offers a consistent and efficient labor force that comes organized and prepared for the challenges ahead. Had a limb fall on our roof which needed repair immediately. Called around for someone to look at it ASAP. Maverick Construction made time to check it out that same day & covered the roof with a tarp. They did an excellent job repairing the damaged roof and shingling. Highly recommend them.

I needed shingles replaced for our home we where selling. Maverick was able to fit me in there schedule right away. Had a estimate next day and completed the job in one day the following week. Competitive pricing and truly care about their work. Would highly recommend and use again.
