Called a few other contractors on the weekend to fix an area of the roof that lost 5-6 shingles and Osborn\'s answered on the first ring. No other contractor returned my call. On a Saturday with 40 MPH winds and snow coming Mike was at my house in 15 minutes and had the roof repaired in 45 minutes. My wife was very pleased ( at least I hope she was) to not have to take me to the ER or collect on my disability or life insurance policy given the inclement conditions. Did a great job and will use in the future if needed.
