Ben and his crew have replaced two roofs for us following major hailstorms. On both occasions they have gone the extra mile to ensure that all our questions were answered, that insurance concerns were fully resolved and that our new roof would be done the right way. Crew was friendly, quick, professional and cleaned up well at project’s end. Highly recommend this company that lives up to their name!

I asked Integrity for a hail based roof repair/replacement estimate. Jeff Arnold performed the survey and found that the roof was not damaged enough for replacement of repair. I was really impressed with Jeff\'s thorough and detailed analysis and for his extraordinary honesty in recommending my claim be cancelled -- that kind of forthright professionalism and honesty is all but unknown in my experience with contractors. I will, without question, use Integrity for any future work we might need -- thanks Jeff!!

Jeff Arnold, his crew and the main office staff were excellent! 5 July hail storm - I called Integrity main number on the 8th, the gals put me in touch with Jeff and he showed up the next day, as promised. From that day on, everything Jeff promised, he delivered. All on schedule and all quality work. Jeff made it a point to keep me informed throughout the process and even spoke directly with my insurance company to ensure there were no project delays. On installation day, the crew (a large crew) showed up at 7:00 AM, whistling and energetic - they immediately went to work. The job was complete the next day with new shingles, three new sky lights, roof vents and new drip edge. The crew did an incredible job of cleaning and Jeff walked me through all of their work to ensure my satisfaction.Days later, when we had our first significant rainfall, I noticed a drainage problem. Water was overrunning one of the gutters. I called Jeff and he came out the same day and had one of his installers fix the problem, again - same day.All said, my experience with Integrity Roofing was awesome! Thank you all for your incredible professionalism and responsive service. You are now \"my\" roofing company.
