Premier Roofing Company

From start to finish, everything was amazing. I was actually excited when I first met the field Representative Josh. He explained the process how things will work and ensured that I understood as well. He was very professional and informative. He treated me like I was part of his team. On the day of the review with the State Farm Agent, they worked together to investigate the roof for damage. They included me in their discussions and involved me in their process. On the day of the install, I had to work so I was not there to see how things were going. I was very surprised when I got home from work as they were already done and had vacated the site. I guess I was expecting the job to take two days but that didn\'t happen. As I inspected the areas around the house and yard, everything was clean. You couldn\'t tell there had even been work done. It was pretty amazing and then the final walk through with Josh to ensure things were done to my satisfaction and his. I felt everything was good but he continued to look around the yard to ensure all debris was picked up. My overall experience with Premier has been very positive. I am glad we went with Premier. I will certainly recommend them to others. Everything was top notch, thank you all for my new roof, I love it.

A few years back we had our duplex roof replaced through these guys. They were so helpful in getting all 4 units covered by different insurance companies. It was a difficult job and I very much appreciate their hard work and top notch workmanship.

Mark Goldberg is my Project Manager and has been doing a tremendous job for me. The installation crew did an excellent job with a couple of small things that were rectified quickly and fairly. Unfortunately the company that delivered the material (ABC Supply) cracked my driveway and Premier is trying to work with them in order to get the problem resolved. I believe that Premier will continue to follow up in my best interest even though was not caused by anything that Premier did.

Project #1939297. These guys are great. They are there through it all. My questions were answered and this went very quickly. The crew was very clean. Definitely would recommend them. If you go with them let them know you read my review.

I recently had my roof replaced due to hail damage. I used Premier Roofing and was totally pleased. Stephen Houx was the field rep and he was awesome to work with. He walked me through every stage of the process and explained everything to me thoroughly. He followed up to make sure I was thoroughly happy with the job and answer any question I had. The company did a very timely job and the crew did a great clean up. I would highly recommend this company.
