We too purchased a new home and have been having issues with them not wanting to address our roof leaking. They said that it would be a few weeks before they could get someone to come out and take a look at it. MaryLou could really care less about the issues that we were having, and in no rush to do anything about it.

Roof installed on a new home, and started leaking. Multiple calls out and they sent someone 3 different times.The first they applied caulk and said it should fix it.The second they said it was a window (no windows anywhere near the leak.)The third they said it was out of warranty.Each time, they were increasingly unprofessional. I would never recommend working with this company, especially if you want a product that will last!*EDIT: I had 2 other contractors come out to review my issue, and both agreed that it is an issue with the installation of the roof. \"We stand by ready to help\" means multiple phone calls to the company without a return phone call.
