My representative from Premier was always helpful and quick to return calls in order to answer any questions I had. The weather was a bit of an issue in regards to my installation, and the office also communicated effectively. Happy with the customer service and the roof! What a job: 1834829

Amazing company to work with! At first, I was a little annoyed with them like a lot of those one star reviews I saw on Yelp; I have a ring doorbell, and I had seen my rep ring my bell a few times, so I answered the door one day and told them that I didn\'t want a free roof inspection. Later their car was still in the neighborhood, knocking on everyone\'s doors. I figured to get them off my back, they could do an inspection. There was a lot of damage and as a new homeowner, I had no idea what to do, if I was getting swindled, etc. Everything was explained to me really well throughout the whole process. They also explained the reason they try multiple times to get on peoples roofs; no one answers the first few times. Our entire neighborhood was hit hard, and ultimately most of the people in the area ended up working with these guys because they were persistent and informative once you were open to them. The only thing I would recommend is the day before you\'re supposed to get your new roof installed, take your cars out of the garage and clear your driveway; our dumpster was dropped off while we were not home and if I hadn\'t taken both cars while we were out, one would have been trapped. Beyond that, the install was really fast, these guys brief you on precautions before hand like taking photos of your house, taking things off of your walls, etc. My roof looks a million times better and I feel like I got a great deal out of the whole thing. They also provide you with a financing firm if you have a high deductible, and they were easy to work with as well. Overall they really cared about all the concerns I had going in, all of my repetitive questions were answered well, and I\'m very happy with our new roof.
