We put on a metal roof about three years ago and its still holding strong and doing great. We need to know if anyone here knows how much does a metal roof increase your home's value or doesn't it decrease your home's value?

You should never lump a new metal roof with increased home value until we know more about your roof. We have all seen metal roofs that take away from the house and actually decrease its value. Think of a rusty tin roof on a barn and you'll know what I mean. If you used a premium metal roofing system then you have a roof that will outperform and outlast almost any asphalt roof.
