Do any of you guys know how to replace a flat roof? I need to help my brother-in-law with their new roof before winter time comes and it becomes too cold.

Replacing a roof can be very costly for some people. No one likes spending money unless they have to like this. So, if your brother-in-law and daughter's roof needs replaced, you might have to spend around 8 to 16 thousand for it. It can really depend on the size of your roof and the professionals you hire to do the job for you.

I was researching how much it would cost to replace a flat roof and came upon this description and it says that it might cost around $8,000 to $16,000 for 1,600 square foot of roofing. So, the price of replacing a flat roof could vary depending on how big your roof is.

It can be pretty expensive to replace a flat roof since almost any roofing job can cost a lot of money. You got to pay the contractors labor money and materials and all that. So, it could cost around $8,000 to $16,00 to replace a flat roof. I don’t know how helpful this information is, but at least you know the average price.

If you have a roof that’s around 1,600 square foot, you might have to spend $8,000 up to like around $16,000 to get that flat roof replaced by professional contractors. You pay for good work, so you guys probably shouldn’t rely on someone who is too cheap either. You will want a roof that lasts.

I think for a roof that’s around 1,600 square foot big, it might cost your brother-in-law around $8,000 up to $16,000 to replace it. Hiring a professional costs money but the materials you need and how big the roof is can make the price cost more or less than this average price.
