Do any of you guys know how to replace a flat roof? I need to help my brother-in-law with their new roof before winter time comes and it becomes too cold.

It can be pretty expensive to replace a flat roof since almost any roofing job can cost a lot of money. You got to pay the contractors labor money and materials and all that. So, it could cost around $8,000 to $16,00 to replace a flat roof. I don’t know how helpful this information is, but at least you know the average price.

If you have a roof that’s around 1,600 square foot, you might have to spend $8,000 up to like around $16,000 to get that flat roof replaced by professional contractors. You pay for good work, so you guys probably shouldn’t rely on someone who is too cheap either. You will want a roof that lasts.
